Application & registration

Application deadline is 31 May, 2026.

Prospective participants should send the application form, no later than 31 May, 2026 to Wolf D. Geppert (wgeppert@fysik.su.se). Application should include (a) a short CV (max 2 pages), (b) a motivation letter (only students from Estonian universities), and (c) a publication list (if applicable). Applicants will be informed about the outcome in due course after the application deadline.

Confirmed registration and payment deadline is 15 June, 2026. After your application is accepted, you will be sent more detailed information about registration and payment.

Participation fees

Participation fee includes:
– Accommodation
– Meals (coffee breaks and lunch)
– Dinner
– Excursion

The following summer school participation fees apply (prices in EUR)

For students from Estonian universities, accommodation and meals will be free. Travel is not subsidized.
